As a competitive gymnastics athlete for many years (representing her home country) Josephina knows first-hand that massage therapy is an integral part of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall health.
Josefina’s treatment style is fluid, grounding and calming and combines Swedish relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and gentle therapeutic stretching techniques.
