Bookings & Cancellations:
Note: a small nominal amount will be charged to your nominated credit card to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your appointment fee once you’ve been marked as attended.
Bookings made over the phone must be secured with a credit or debit card. And a nominal fee will be charged to the card and deducted once appointment has been attended.
Cancellations:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your scheduled appointment time. However, due to the high demand of our services, to ensure others can enjoy our space, and to protect our small business, we require 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Any appointment cancelled with <24 hours of your service will be subject to 100% charge. And will automatically be charged to the card kept on file at time of booking.
No Shows will automatically be charged the full treatment fee to the credit card provided when booking.
Bookings made over the phone are subject to the same as the online bookings cancellation terms.

If you cancel >24hours before the start time of your Booking the full amount paid for the booking will be credited to your account for a future booking, or a refund will be provided.
