Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance with a 50% deposit | cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to scheduled booking and a full refund of the deposit, or full payment (if made in full), will be given | less than 1 weeks notice will incur a forfeit of the booking and any deposits or payments made | the group booking must be made in one transaction for both the deposit, balance and full payments | invoices can be made out to the booking organiser | we reserve the right to change prices/options at any time | no eating or drinking in spa or ice bath | shower before use of facilities is mandatory | no products on skin or in hair | long hair to be tied up | not valid for gift cards or to use with gift cards | normal entry rules apply | all members of the group must sign a waiver form prior to using facilities | min of 4 people is considered to be a group | members of group must know each other
