Our resident holistic counsellor, and Nova Holistic Spa owner, Nicole, will guide you through whatever it is you’d like to direct your energy and use a wide variety of tools to help clear out any cobwebs.

Then for 1 hour sweat out any toxins and soak away any tension in our private little zen therapeutic bathhouse – complete with a magnesium hot tub, full spectrum infrared sauna, cold copper shower and ice bath.

You will feel so rejuvenated after this session as the thermal contrast therapy detoxes your cells, activates your body’s lymphatic, nervous and circulatory systems.

Top it all off with a deeply relaxing 1 hour ‘Now and Zen’ massage to flush out the toxins that have been brought to the surface. Our highly experienced massage therapists will nurture you and ensure that you float away from Nova, feeling thoroughly cleansed, refreshed, realigned, revitalised and re-focused.
